      <link>http://www.dzone.com/links/r/utilities_vs_networks.html</link>
      <description>It's interesting to see a network, Instagram, starting to replace the iPhone's native camera application in many users' daily usage of their phones. <title>Why we picked OMAP...or why TI OMAP 4 is better then NVIDIA Tegra 3 for Android tablets</title>
      <link>http://www.dzone.com/links/r/why_we_picked_omapor_why_ti_omap_4_is_better_then.html</link>
      <description>So which is better, Tegra or OMAP? NVidia will say Tegra of course and TI will say OMAP. Would that mean we should go by the benchmarks? Or may be sheer specifications of both the SoC? Doesn’t OMAP’s memory bandwidth is more than Tegra 3 and Snapdragon? But Tegra 3 is Quad Core, and even GPU is updated? Then why iPad 2 beats Tegra 3 by miles on GLBenchmark? We had a lot of similar questions while we wanted to opt for one. If you followed Kernel developments you’d know that OMAP was definitely the next SoC supported by Google, so this decision had to be made on our end and fast.</description>

      <title>Build a Contacts Application With jQuery Mobile &amp; the Android SDK</title>
      <link>http://www.dzone.com/links/r/build_a_contacts_application_with_jquery_mobile_t_5.html</link>
      <description>In this tutorial series, we will develop a native Android application where the user interface is implemented using the jQuery Mobile framework. For this purpose, we will introduce a model for representing UI screens in a native Android application using jQuery Mobile page elements, in particular, container and content pages. Although the tutorial code is developed for contacts management, the basic concepts of the model are generic and can be applied to applications where the UI is suitable for constructing via HTML and JavaScript.&#xD;
