Five risks of solo programming
You hate them telling that Pair Programming is a silver bullet that will solve everything? It is definitely not a silver bullet. It is just so that Solo Programming is way too risky.

It's not easy to concentrate either. It's more like "a permanent and constant interruption", which might be even worse than "a little distraction every 11 minutes"...
