Adobe is nearly done with a version of its Flash Player for the iPhone that could be released 'in a very short time' if it passes Apple's App Store screening process, an Adobe official said this week.

I doubt they'll approve, as it will release control over the apps on their platform

Ye, same goes for the JVM. Sun would love making one but it's still not clear if they will be allowed to make it.
Apple is a bunch of greedy bastards, really.

No thank you. Mobile devices are resource constrained and I'll be damned if I let Adobe bring my iPhone to it's knees. Say goodbye to stability and battery folks.
