Typo3 is my prime example when talking to Java people about the enterprise-readyness of PHP. The Typo3 core team has announced a new framework that will replace the core in the upcoming release 5.0, called Flow3. Most interesting with Flow3 is the positioning. According to the core developers it can be the core of other PHP projects, and best of all it follows the design principles of Spring.
