GEdit plugin for formatting ruby code

There are some features of an IDE that I miss when working with GEdit for coding Ruby On Rails applications, for example code formatting. So, I created this plugin, that enabled Ruby Code Formatting from GEdit. for now it is only ruby code formatting, but more languages will e added later.
