Sometimes on the internet you find websites that are extremely useful. I found one such site that generates test data for you

If you need a web based system where the data will be entered manually, you can use something like www.recs4free.com. Alternatively, you could use Interbase 6 which will run over a network in a multi-user environment but you will probably need to write your own application.
