Get Your Team Telling Stories
Last week I gave a talk at the SFRails meetup. It was by far the largest group I've spoken to and a truly enjoyable experience. I titled the talk "Leveling up Rails developers" and it was geared towards helping engineers build a team which fosters learning and advancement of skills.
