Hi. Just wanted to say 'Great Article'. Like sme of my fellow posters, being new to programming and project management, we're bombarded with everything under the sun except the most important thing - the non-technical stuff, how to get the project off the ground and keep it there. I, for one, am really bad when it comes to keeping focus on things, and I'm glad to say reading this article at 04:35 in the morning as I write has given me what I feel is a much needed reality check. Cheers, and keep up with the great articles!
