I’ve been using distributed version control for over a year now, and if it is up to me, I will never use a centralized VCS again.

Yes, and my Golden Hammer(tm) is better than your Golden Hammer(tm). Can we stop with the "battles" already? DVCS vs. CCVS is a fake battle as much as DVCS vs. other DVCS. I like a thought that was aired recently on a blog: Stop assuming we're colleagues. Because we're most likely not. Software developers and software projects work in so many different ways under so many different constraints it's almost useless to speak of the "best" tool for any given application. Tell me of your tools and tell me when they work well. But don't tell me tool x is better than tool y. Ruby doesn't kill Java, DVCS doesn't end all centralized CVS and please don't tell me I need to rewrite my huge business application in Scala because that is SO THE BEST POSSIBLE language. Jesus!
Rant off.
Sorry.
