Google hasn't up to this point proven anything at all. It is still a he said/she said scenario. Google needs to produce evidence and then Apple gets to try and save face.

Ironically, Apple is the master at "double-think" and "double-speak" in their marketing and legal matters.

Apple, like Microsoft, needs to come around to how things are today. We are in the age of open source software, choice beyond belief, flexibility and customization. Microsoft has at least taken several steps to get with the times. Apple continues to carry this 20+ year old resentment that is only hurting their reputation.
