It seems that the Google Docs Presentation App is done in PHP, rather than the perl or python combo google has been using for long.

The conclusion itself that this definitely means includes are used is a bit far-fetched, but the blunt statement that it must be PHP then is over the top. Probably has never even heard of ASP, JSP, tons-of-other-server-side-languages-with-includes...

That is much more typical of JSP pages than it is for PHP.
