This tool will analyze a website and show you the pages that Google has indexed but has chosen not to return when you do a search. You could use this tool to discover what Google likes and doesn't like so you can refine your site and increase the number of relevant pages.

It is not the same. One tool detects if your site is banned by Google, the other shows what pages are indexed but not shown.
