Dear Groovy community,
I'm pleased to announce that Groovy 1.1-beta-3 is there, paving the way for an RC-1 in the following weeks, and if all goes well, for 1.1-final in October, right in time for the Grails eXchange conference that takes place in London. This conference will also be the opportunity for the Groovy developer team to meet for the fourth Groovy Developer Conference! With Groovy 1.1 released by then, it'll be time to think about what's going to happen for the next major version of Groovy.
