Hardening Sprints. What are they? Do you need them?
Anyone who is working incrementally and iteratively runs into "hardening sprints": taking time to stop building features and instead focusing on making sure that the system is really ready to be released. But there is a lot of disagreement over what a "hardening sprint" is, and when you need one, or whether you should be doing them at all.
