History Behind the Oracle vs Google Patent Lawsuit
Today Oracle sued Google over Java patents and copyrights that they claim Google's Android OS infringes. The lawsuit claims that Google knowingly infringed on those patents, and that the continued distribution of Google's Android is harming Oracle's Java Business.

interesting article, but it contains a logical flaw. miguel (yes, mono miguel) directly asserts that Jonathon Schwartz was shopping sun around specifically with the google patents and suing google in mind. there's no proof, just James Gosling's statement that Oracle lawyers had gleams in their eyes.

it's funny how people seem to take pleasure in others being landed in difficult situation.

I would use better C++ with Qt on Nokia Megoo than Android with _Mono/C#. If Android is dead, Megoo have a good chances because also it can be used Ruby or Python for development plus C++ and Qt.
