I use this CSS Menu on all my sites, these guys are just awesome! Their support is excellent, they must have added at least 3 features which I personally requested within a couple weeks of each request. If you are looking for a standards compliant CSS Menu drop downs with just about every feature you could ask for, this is the only one I would recommend.
