I spend a lot of time on developer question-answer sites and I've seen my fair share of questions. Some good, others leave you wondering how the hell some people made it this far. Good developers have learned how to ask questions to get the best possible answer in the shortest amount of time. But how can you write one that gives you the best chance of yielding an answer?
