Despite advances in JavaScript, CSS and HTML, many people continue to build applications using Flash or Silverlight. Monitoring the User Experience of these applications is however not an easy task. Analytics extensions, such as the one from Google, are an option but these tools don’t cover key use cases such as capturing performance or error details for every single end user which is key for rapid error analysis of complaining users.
