Ok, it's cool and all, but poorly written and (you guessed it) it's Tarek's blog. No vote for self promotion.

Very poorly written article, and doesn't appear to be any source code.. seems more like spam to me.

I would definitely like an easy way to filter feeds into a single unique feed, though.

the source code is not really showable at this time, but is GPL (i cant send you a link)
i'll update the blog and add a link to explain this

For the quality part, let me know what's badly written, i'd love to make my english better.

no problem, i'll keep making it better. But I don't see what's wrong with self-promotion. I tnk anyone should do self-promotion of their work: if it's a good work (ie: if people like it) it doesn't matter if it's originally self promoted i think.

The main reason I post here is to know if this feed idea is a good idea or not..

The general idea of a way to easily filter RSS feeds would be useful... since this is a developer site, it would be most useful to write an article that shows how exactly you accomplished it, and then post that article.

Self promotion is alright if you are promoting something that is free and helps the developer community develop, such as writing articles about an open source framework you are involved in.
