HTML colors are displayed using the combination of Red, Green and Blue colors. HTML colors can be defined with the help of a hexadecimal notation (HEX) for the combination of Red, Green, and Blue colors(RGB). The lowest value of a hexadecimal notation (HEX) is 0 (in HEX: 00). The highest value of a hexadecimal notation (HEX) is 255 (in HEX: FF). Hexadecimal values are defined as 3 pairs of two-digit numbers. So a total of 16 Million different colors are possible with the combination of Red, Green, and Blue colors (256 x 256 x 256).
