Nice article, but instead of how to supply websites in multiple languages, it showed off how to set up everything for Unicode.

Yes, thats because when you start off implementing websites in multiple languages the major hindrance comes in as to how to actually store the data in different languages. Once this is known you can easily use resource bundles for keeping the data. It is made further easier by using a framework.
