If you are new(er) to Linux, it can be frustrating trying to figure out how and where to install applications which are not included in your distro of choice, and for which there is not an entry in the package management system used by the distro. Therefore, there is no magical apt-get install command as you might use to install other software on your Linux system, so we have to do a little more work. Here's how to do it.
