If you've been looking for a decent PHP editor and don't want to hassle of leaving your favourite IDE, you don't have to look any further than PHPEclipse. This article outlines how to install the plugin to your existing Eclipse environment.

Epic fail... PHPEclipse has not been maintained for over 2 years. It's been overtaken by PDT long time ago.

PDT isn't complete yet. It's painfully slow for all but the smallest projects and it lacks many good things from Zend's IDE, such as the code analyzer.

Zend Studio for Eclipse 6.0 is based on PDT. It has more features than any other PHP IDE, including the code analyzer.
PDT is neither slow or incomplete, especially compared to PHPEclipse.
