i dont get it and i lost interest very fast. plus he forgot to explain what JEE is, people not knowing nothing about it get even less from this talk.

I don't forgot to explain what JEE is - I was just not asked for :-). It was an interview...
You are right. If someone does not know what Java EE is, will probably not enjoy, or even not understand the interview.
