If you are looking for a mobile development tool, you should also check out Tiggzi - http://tiggzi.com. Tiggzi is a cloud-based HTML5, jQuery Mobile and PhoneGap mobile app builder. It's incredibly simple and fast to build apps connected to any REST API.
