What scares me the most is the idiot CEO's who will take this advice LITERALLY without regard to the damage caused from such actions like knowledge, competency, competitiveness and morale loss from such measures.

Fewer people= more workload for the remaining stuff= frustration= less productivity=less profitability. Why a CEO can't get this?

i was always ready to work at half salary for 8 hours, but they are addicted to forcing humans work for 16 hours at stretch , i think they are aliens
