Turned out prototype is so fundamental to JavaScript that not knowing about it makes you de-facto handicapped, at least when you go deeper and deeper in the rabbit hole of JavaScript. So here is some simple look-into of JavaScript prototype.

Great explanation of how prototypes work in JavaScript but there are still far too many WTF's in JavaScript though.
