The four current JAX-RS implementations provide Spring integration, even JBoss's RESTEasy. Each JAX-RS implementation has its own Servlet adapter implementation. The spring integration comes in the form of extending the default Servlet and plugging in a Spring Application Context. Beans are then created with some XML and potentially Spring component scanning.
