This is almost a duplicate of this: http://www.dzone.com/links/jruby_092_released.html

Yes, it is. Must admit I was rather surprised to see this come up a second time, but can only assume the poster didn't see the original :) I wonder if there's a way Dzone could possibly point out duped stories at the time of posting (similar titles, etc..)
The reason I post rehash stuff like this on Ruby Inside is because the readers tell me to :) Some tell me they don't read any other Ruby blogs whatsoever, so like to see stuff like this. Must admit it's not my favorite sort of post though.. but can help get through a slow news day!

Yes, it's my fault, I didn't see the other one. Once I did, I looked for a way to retract my post, but I guess we can't do that. The strange thing is, I posted it about the same time as the other poster but only now (a few weeks later) does it show up. I guess enough people who missed the first announcement have found this one. I guess we just have to let it run its course.

I just now noticed that the URL is the same as the previous one but with an appended "_2". Evidently Dzone knew that there was another with a similar name. You'd think that Dzone would be smart enough to warn me that this may be a dupe.
