Pulse is an interesting way of having portable "plug-in profiles" for eclipse, and should make installation easier. It comes from Genuitec, so no surprises that it supports MyEclipse.
Big news here is Linux and MacOS X support.
The service is free (as in beer) and comes with optional registration.
