I think Flex is great. But at this point is this really the kind of application we want to showcase for "the potential of flex" ? The app is very simplistic and has been done in non flex as well. Nothing special really.

I totally disagree with you the application is still in beta stage, just fasten your seat belt, more to come very soon.

I'm with Gregg on this one. I love Flex, but I'd rather not have people think that stuff like this is what they get with it...
The app is slow and the only good looking part of it is the un-styled Flex components.

Look for the work Frog Design did for travel agents on behalf of Disney. That is a good application to showcase what Flash/Flex/Air are capable of.

I'm removing this, as it's not an amazing looking application, and the title and description is deceptive at best (and just plain old marketing lies at worst)
