A couple of years back I posted on my blog about an XSL transformation I used to clean up Graphviz output to make my diagrams prettier. I never posted the XSL, though, but since I've dug it out again, here it is. It uses Graphviz' SVG output and transforms it to add dropshadows and gradients to the resulting diagrams, but can be easily used as an example of how to apply other changes to the Graphviz output
