In no capacity can I be considered a legal expert, but Zoho's advertisement seems like borderline defamation to me. Zoho claims that Microsoft referred to Zoho specifically as the "Fake Office". In reality, a Microsoft VP referred to Zoho (and other similar products) as "...offering fake Office capabilities". Furthermore, by cutting out the middle part of the original statement in their quote, we are left with the impression that the aforementioned Microsoft VP thinks that Zoho *can* replace Microsoft Office, which is the exact opposite meaning of the original statement.

I conclude that Zoho does not have a problem with being deliberately deceptive towards consumers and potential customers, which makes me disinclined to do business with them in the future.
