Max, the next-generation photo management and RSS feedreader from Microsoft, shows where the industry thinks your users and user interface need to go. Powerful stuff, well worth your time to study what they've done, even if it isn't your particular cup of tea.

Microsoft is showing how designers will be leveraging its upcoming presentation layers in future applications. It is clear that interfaces are about to get a whole lot prettier. Will they also be more usable?
