Multilevel Navigation - A Possible Alernative

I do not know about you but I really dislike menu systems that go beyond the second level. Some menus seem to keep expanding and expanding. One of the problems I have with this is that if you go down to the third level and move off the menu item by accident, you have to start all the way from the top again.
