Tips 9, 12 and 13c use the console.
Maybe Windows should have a new console (not the PS terminal), where you can cut and paste without clicking 20 times.

This has remained unchanged since w95. While were are at it why not make the thing resizeable? I've abandoned it long ago in favour of using cygwin with putty
