Netbeans 6.5 is out for download. It is indeed a feature-rich build and some great changes have been added for this new release. Along with the new features, I can vouch that Netbeans 6.5 is also a pretty stable release since I was part of NetCAT 6.5

I have been using the nightly builds and have been impressed with a lot of new features that make web and enterprise application easier. "Deploy on save" stands out, as soon as a change is made to a JSP or Java class, the application is automatically deployed to the app server, saving us from having to deploy by hand.

GlassFish 3 can hang on to the HTTP session across deployments, this feature, combined with NetBeans' deploy on save feature has the potential to significantly speed up Java enterprise application development.
