Watch out with this one. I updated my NB6.1 this morning, now I can't build any longer:
Root error message: The PluginDescriptor for the plugin org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-resources-plugin was not found. Should have been in realm: ClassRealm[/plugins/org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-resources-plugin:RELEASE@48/thread:exec_Build webbill-backend_13, parent: null]
...still looking for the reason.

Firstly, I the link is not working.
Secondly, I got the same error as cbang in the compiler plugin and changing the version from RELEASE to a concrete version (2.0.2) solved the problem :).
