WSO2 has felt the need over the past few months to make many false claims about Mule’s performance. I ran their benchmarks. Sure enough, with their configuration, Mule performance was crappy. There were a couple fatal flaws with their benchmark though.

The statement that WSO2 made false claims is itself false. If you do some searching on the forums, you will see that WSO2 has been asking for the proper configurations parameters and other relevant information regarding Mule, but there was no response or cooperation from Mule folks. The fact remains that most of these performance tuning information are not provided in the documentation.
