A few words, actually telling you what authot meant to say (he tries to in 3 paragraphs):
"Object oriented programming became possible with PHP 4. With the introduction of PHP 5, the PHP developers have really beefed up the object-oriented features of PHP".
And, ofcourse, things that suggest that author isnt really sure what he's talking about:
"Much of this improvement is invisible" (about PHP5) or "There are still some concepts missing as [..] multiple inheritances".
I think made my poing for those offended dzone users, who cant take facts without agrumentation.

For those, who dont need it, just as usual:
