I stayed out of the Cocoa language bridging discussion for a few days. I had some initial reactions, but I wanted to make sure they were legit and listen to what people had to say first. The biggest unnamed factor in all of this, I think, is Objective-C 2.0.

This was very interesting for me, brand new to Objective-C. It's been a bit rough but some of that is because I am developing in the confines on the iphone SDK where memory management is much more important than a desktop cocoa application. I don't have a strong opinion one way or another of Objective-C right now. At times I love it. At times I curse it. Still just getting used to the syntax and when it is better to use [ ] versus dot notation and the like.
