One Metric to Rule Them All and in the Darkness Bind Them
Does anyone really think that one or two metrics can be used to determine an Agile team's effectiveness? All teams do not have the same highest-priority issue(s). Teams with terrible user stories and acceptance criteria do not need the same metrics as a team trying to fix high coupling code issues.
