Describes how you can create double-clickable uninstallers for OSX that just run a bash file. This makes uninstallers ridiculously easy to write and maintain. There's an AppleScript shell that runs the user through a simple uninstall sequence and just executes whatever's in your bash file, and it does it with administrator privileges (with user authentication of course).
