Perspectives on WinRT app licensing
In this post I walk to explore a different way of thinking about the licensing. In fact, I think this is the core reason Microsoft’s licensing is so out of line with most of our expectations. The core question: What is the primary competition Windows 8 faces? Is it the iPad? Android tablets? Generally speaking BYOD.
