Pixel Perfect is a firefox extension that allows web developers to easily overlay a web composition over top of the developed html.
By toggling the composition on and off, the developer can visually see how many pixels they are off in development. Pixel Perfect also has an opacity option, so that you can view the HTML below the composition. Being able to see both the composition and the HTML, you can now simultaneously use Firebug while Pixel Perfect is still in action.

Unfortunately this plugin doesn't seem to work in Firefox 3, plus their documentation is seriously lacking. Even if it did work in Firefox 3, which maybe it does, they don't really tell you how to use it :S

I had to get Firebug 1.2 in order to make this work...sorry for my ignorance :p
After getting it to work, Pixel Perfect is pretty nice!

Actually, Firefox 3 is the only supported version for Pixel Perfect. If you are having issues installing/using the plugin, please file a bug at the issues page (http://code.google.com/p/pixelperfectplugin/issues/list).
As for documentation, yes it is a bit lacking. However, the basic functionality of the plugin can be seen in the demonstration video located on the homepage (http://www.pixelperfectplugin).
