Ubuntu's Hardy Heron release has a serious problem in a fairly fundamental subsystem - anyone who has any kind of monitor setup more complex than a dual-monitor system, and anyone who tries rotating their widescreen monitor for writing code, winds up unable to use Ubuntu at all.
And there's a problem with the KDE4 Kubuntu Heron release as well, but that's more a philosophical one.
