i keep on seeing this brought up everywhere.. but the licensing he chose makes this not a good choice. When it costs 50 - 300 to use for a commercial site ( any site with ads), just for some pretty tool tips.. ill pass.

in all fairness, if you need this kind of functionality on a site, $50 is nothing compared to the cost of developing it yourself... having said that, the fee for "non commercial" will definitely cripple its adaptation.
