As first reported by InfoQ two weeks ago, SpringSource recently announced a beta release of the SpringSource Application Platform. Lively discussion resulted on our own story and on The Server Side's coverage as well. In the weeks that have passed, developer and industry pundit commentary has been centered around one of two areas, Licensing/General Strategy and OSGi/Technical Implementation.
