NetBeans has a plugin to evaluate regex.

IntelliJIDEA and Eclipse have plugins to evalute regex too. See http://myregexp.com/eclipsePlugin.html and http://myregexp.com/ideaPlugin.html. There are very useful java-applet to regex testing http://myregexp.com.
