Different people may have different reasons; I'm down-voting because:
* It doesn't link to the actual article; it links to your *link* to the blog posting. That's bad unless you have some significant additional value to add.
* the calendar itself doesn't look useful at all -- I checked it out in Firefox on Windows XP (i.e., not uncommon!) and it doesn't render properly.

which browser did u test, can you send in the details (version).... For me on FF2 it rocks

Anyways if this is the case, i m sorry for not pointing it straight. Really overlooked that for no reason. Will be care ful from next time arnd.

There are JS Calendars that work AND look ok out there... I recommend people seek them out and use them instead
